I can’t believe how fast the year has gone. We are already approaching May and I can’t seem to catch up on blogging! I’ve had many newborn sessions in the last couple of months I can’t wait to share with you. I absolutely love these sessions because of, well, all the love!

The highlight for me is when the baby comes home to their siblings. The older kiddos are beaming with pride. But, There are also sessions where I document this precious time with first-time parents. The way mom and dad work together on diaper or outfit changes is really sweet. The session vibe is calm and serene. All the focus is on the new life in front of us. I replay the memories of my husband and I bringing our first daughter home all the time and I cherish those memories. I hope that I provide that for my clients, too!

This session was really sweet to be a part of. Baby girl M has been prayed for by her mom and dad for a long time. Her arrival was the answer to those prayers. I believe babies are heaven-sent. They are clean slates. They represent hope for us all. To say it’s an honor to capture these moments would be an understatement for sure!
